Refunds Policy

ObjectiveTop Ltd provides subscription-based digital services delivered on a show-before-you-buy basis.
This policy explains when refunds apply and when they do not.

 

1. Show-Before-You-Buy (Website Services)

Before any subscription starts:

  • You are shown a working demo of your website
  • You approve the layout and structure before payment
  • No payment is required until you confirm you want to proceed

Once payment is made, services begin immediately.

 

2. Monthly Subscriptions

After a subscription has started, no refunds are issued for:

  • Partially used months
  • Unused services
  • Mid-cycle cancellations
  • Change of mind after activation

Your services remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

This is standard for subscription and digital services delivered immediately.

 

3. One-Off Services & Setup Fees

One-off services and setup fees (including, but not limited to):

  • Website setup
  • GBP setup or optimisation
  • Reports, audits, or consultancy
  • Custom design or copywriting

are non-refundable once work has started or been delivered.

 

4. Add-Ons & Upgrades

  • Add-ons billed monthly are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • One-off add-on setup fees are non-refundable once completed or initiated

Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle only.

 

5. Cooling-Off Rights (UK Law)

Under UK consumer law, digital services are normally covered by a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, by proceeding with payment, you agree that:

  • Services begin immediately
  • You waive your right to cancel once delivery has started
  • This applies to all digital services, subscriptions, and one-off work

This waiver is required and permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Delays caused by a lack of client cooperation
  • Platform changes (Google, hosting providers, third-party tools)
  • Results, rankings, traffic, or business performance
  • Services suspended due to non-payment

Any goodwill refunds are entirely at ObjectiveTop Ltd’s discretion.
