Learn the offboarding process

1. Give Notice Before Your Next Billing Date

Please inform us before your next billing cycle;
This prevents automatic renewal and future charges;
Partial months and mid-cycle cancellations are not refundable;
Your website and services remain active until the end of the paid billing period, unless you have not changed the DNS to point to your new provider.

2. Save Your Website Content

Objectivetop.com websites run on our licensed Joomla-based framework and cannot be transferred, exported, or migrated to another host.

Before your subscription ends, you must save any content you wish to keep, including:

Text and copy you provided;
Images and videos you supplied;
Any custom copy or artwork purchased as a one-off.

Important:

We do not provide website files, databases, backups, templates, or source code;
Your new provider will build a new website in their own system (similar to Wix, Squarespace, and other subscription platforms).

3. Save Your Email Data (If Hosted With Us)

If your email is hosted by ObjectiveTop:

Back up your inbox, sent items, and folders;
Request a full email export if needed (standard hourly rate may apply).

Once the subscription ends:

The hosting account is deleted;
Email data cannot be recovered.

4. Update Your Domain DNS

Your new provider will supply DNS instructions;
Update DNS settings via your domain registrar (GoDaddy, IONOS, Namecheap, etc.).

ObjectiveTop does NOT manage:

Domain registrations;
Renewals;
Transfers or ownership.

You must maintain full access to your registrar account at all times.

6. What Happens at the End of Service

At the end of your paid billing period:

Your website will go offline;
Hosting and related services are discontinued;
Licensed frameworks, templates, and extensions remain the property of ObjectiveTop Ltd;
No migration files or transfer rights are provided.

You are solely responsible for saving your content before cancellation.

7. Important Notes

No refunds or credits apply for unused days;
ObjectiveTop is not responsible for delays caused by late notice or missing backups;
Third-party platforms (registrars, Google, email providers) operate independently of our services.
